If you have an iPhone, you can set up automated routines that will set a sleep timer for Apple Music. This method can help you to have a fixed time every day at which music will stop playing. If you have a regular schedule, this method works well; if you have a lot of variation in your sleep time, it is not recommended.

Then, choose the Time of Day. If you’d like the music to stop at a certain time, set it.

If you accidentally schedule sleep mode on the Mac, you can use this safety feature to stop it from going to sleep.
